Claude Link to PDF Converter: Turn a Share URL Into a Document

Claude's share links are perfect for sending a conversation to someone — until they need it offline, in an email attachment, or inside a report. A Claude link to PDF converter closes that gap by fetching the shared page and rebuilding it as a document.

Where to find your Claude share link

Open the conversation in Claude, use the share control at the top of the thread, and enable public sharing. Claude produces a URL in the form https://claude.ai/share/<id>. Copy that URL exactly — trailing query parameters are fine, but a link that is still private will not be readable by any external tool.

Converting the link

Paste the URL into the converter and press Generate PDF. The server requests the shared page, extracts the conversation turns, and renders them into a paginated PDF with the source URL printed in the header for provenance.

When a share link doesn't work

Three things usually explain a failed link conversion: the chat was never made public, the link has been revoked, or the page renders entirely client-side for that particular conversation. In all three cases the fix is the same — open the link yourself, select the conversation, copy it, and paste the text into the converter.
